Our Story

How Forgotten Coast Beach Co. Got Started

Founded by Nicole and Philip Steen — the same family behind Vacation With Us — Forgotten Coast Beach Co. grew out of years managing vacation homes in Mexico Beach, Panama City Beach, 30A, and beyond. After falling in love with the Forgotten Coast’s laid-back charm, they saw guests struggle to haul chairs, umbrellas, and coolers to the sand. Determined to make beach vacations easier, they launched a service that removes the hassle and brings the fun straight to you.

Golf Cart Rentals

Four-seater and six-seater golf carts, available daily or weekly. All carts are street-legal and maintained for safety and reliability. Available in Mexico Beach, St. Joe Beach, Windmark Beach, Port St. Joe, and Indian Pass.

Beach Service (Chairs & Umbrellas)

Our team delivers, sets up, and takes down premium resort-style beach chairs and umbrellas right at your beach spot each day — arrive to a shaded setup already waiting for you. Available in Mexico Beach, St. Joe Beach, Windmark Beach, Indian Pass, and Cape San Blas (minimum order required).

Shibumi Chair & Shade Rentals (Drop and Go)

Prefer to set your own pace? Shibumi chairs and shade are dropped off directly at your vacation rental at the start of your stay and picked up when you leave — no beach-side setup, just grab and go whenever you’re ready. Available in all seven service areas (minimum order required in Cape San Blas).

Yes, in Mexico Beach, St. Joe Beach, Windmark Beach, Port St. Joe, and Indian Pass. Golf carts aren’t currently available in Highland View or Cape San Blas.

Do you offer bonfire packages, and what's included?

Yes, in St. Joe Beach, Windmark Beach, Highland View, Indian Pass, and Cape San Blas. Bonfires aren’t currently permitted for our service in Mexico Beach or Port St. Joe. Packages include setup, seating, firewood, glow games, and cleanup.

What does "minimum order required" mean for Cape San Blas?

For deliveries to Cape San Blas, a minimum order amount applies, and that minimum varies depending on where your rental is located on the Cape. Because delivery distance and access differ from one area to the next, we set the minimum based on your specific address. The easiest way to find out is to contact us with your rental address or property name, and we’ll confirm the minimum for your location and help you put together your order.

Do you offer beach gear rentals for vacation rental owners and property managers?

Yes — through our Gear Shack program, participating vacation rental owners and property managers can offer guests a complimentary rental credit toward beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, and other gear, delivered directly to the property at check-in and picked up at checkout. It’s a turnkey amenity that adds value to your listing with no extra work on your end.
