Service Area
We provide beach rental equipment, including but not limited to golf carts (LSVs), chairs/umbrellas, bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, beach accessories, and bonfires from Mexico Beach, St. Joe Beach, Windmark Beach, Indian Pass, and Cape San Blas. Please confirm your specific location when booking.
Daily Beach Service
Setup & Takedown Times
- Setups are completed by 9 AM CST unless otherwise stated.
- Takedown begins at 5 PM CST unless otherwise stated
- If you leave your setup early, please do not attempt to move or take the equipment—we’ll be by to pack it up.
Rental Pricing & Payments
- Chair & Umbrella Setup: $58 + tax per day (2 resort style chairs/1 umbrella)
- Add-ons and bonfire packages available (see details here)
- Full payment is required at the time of booking for chair and add-ons. Reserve your bonfire with a $95 non-refundable payment.
- Discounts: we offer a 10% military discounts. Call or text 850-273-5930 for details and activation.
Cancellations & Refunds
- 48-Hour Notice Required – Cancellations must be made by 9:00 AM CST 48 hours before your reservation to receive a refund (less applicable fees, including administrative and or credit card processing fees).
- Weekly Special Policy – If you cancel a single day from a weekly special (buy 5 days, get 1 free), that day is considered the free day, and no refund will be issued.
- How to Cancel – Contact the reservations department via text at 850-273-5930. Also, send an email request to pete@fcbeach.com to ensure your cancellation is received.
- No Same-Day Cancellations – Refunds are not available for same-day cancellations.
Weather Policy
- No Weather-Related Refunds – Refunds will not be issued due to rain, wind, red tide, seaweed, marine pests, loud music, smoking, or other unforeseen issues beyond FCBC’s control.
- Inclement Weather & Safety – FCBC may delay set-up or remove equipment early due to weather conditions.
- Tropical Storms & Hurricanes – Services are not automatically refunded for these events. If weather is a concern, cancel before your reservation start date.
- Umbrella Adjustments – Do not move umbrellas yourself. Contact FCBC for assistance, but adjustments are not guaranteed.
- Umbrella Safety – FCBC reserves the right to close or remove umbrellas for safety during unfavorable weather conditions. Customers should close umbrellas during inclement weather or when finished for the day.
Bonfire Policy
- Cancel by 2:00 PM CST on the event date for a refund (minus a $95 booking fee). To cancel, contact FCBC and email pete@fcbeach.com. $45 re-booking fee applies; availability is not guaranteed.
- No refunds for red tide or weather-related cancellations unless the Gulf County Fire Department suspends bonfires.
- Notify FCBC if running late; no extra time added. If no contact within an hour, the bonfire is broken down with no refund.
- Guests assume all risks for personal items and conduct.
- Prohibited: glass, beach lights, fireworks, extra fire sources, confetti, floating lanterns, food delivery, burning anything besides firewood.
- Fire Safety: Stay clear of flames, supervise children, and ensure those under 18 have an adult present.

Respect Our Equipment
We take pride in offering high-quality, well-maintained equipment. To keep everything in great condition for all guests:
- Please do not drag, relocate, or misuse chairs and umbrellas.
- Keep food, drinks, and sand away from coolers and tables when possible.
- Bonfire setups should only be used for their intended purpose—please do not attempt to add extra wood or materials.
Guests may be responsible for damages caused by misuse. Thank you for treating our equipment with care!
Respect the Beach
We love the beaches along the Forgotten Coast, and we know you do too! Communities along the coast each have Leave No Trace Ordinances, stating “Unattended items left on the beach between the hours of 7 PM and 7 AM will be discarded”. Please help us keep it clean by removing personal items at the end of the day and respecting local beach regulations.
